With option of full livery when needed! Ideally will have excellent facilities - indoor/outdoor school, walker, year round turnout (important), and good hacking with availability of trainers. Also very happy to share costs to go out and compete as will not have transport with me. Prefer a quiet yard rather than riding school type and also one where owner/manager lives on premises. Tall order but hopefully something out there!!
