Hi all,

I currently have my gelding on stabled DIY in Guildford and whilst I like the other liveries I'm trying to plan ahead for autumn/winter. I have a 9 month old baby so last winter worked out well as I was on maternity leave and was able to go to yard 2 or 3 times a day. I'm back at work now and wondering how I will fit in baby, work, horse (both chores and riding) plus other half so am looking at moving on to part livery.

I work in aldershot, live in Farnham, baby goes to mother in law in Guildford during the day. So I have quite a wide search area and am happy to drive up to 10-15 miles to yard as I will only have to go once a day to ride and actually enjoy my horse again (I currently feel like a glorified groom/ poo picker as no time to fit in riding )

So my question Is for part livery recommendations as I've only ever done DIY in this area.

Thank you :-)

There is Beacon hill Farm on the boarder of Farnham/fleet which has an indoor school, individual or group turnout and decent sized stables and good hacking.

There is Old Park stables which is just off castle street in farnham it has 3 schools (2 floodlit the other isn't) small group turnout, horsewalker, okay hacking and decent sized stables.

There is Parwood which is in Normandy, loads of hacking, big stables, xc course, indoor and outdoor school, small group or individual turnout

erm there are quite a few about loads advertised in rokers, frosburys and snack and tack so its always worth a look :)

Hello just joined forum. Don't know if you have resolved your problem with Livery but I have had my horses on Part livery for 13 years at Tilsey Farm Stables on the A281 near Hascombe and Bramley. Nice yard, all year TO safe hacking, trustworthy care, from owner, Joyce. About £450 a month now. Had my big boy put to sleep a few weeks ago so they have a vacancy
