Part loan agreements

Anyone got a template or ideas what I should put in it?

Idea is lady comes and rides mon /wed / fri and poo picks on those days. Thats pretty much it!

Points id like in it are;

Horse doesnt go out without hi viz on her and rider.

Feed and tack doesnt get altered without my say so.

No one else is allowed to ride the horse without my say so.



what else?! Not done this before so trying to be quite clear over what Im expecting.

Ive downloaded that but its a full loan basis - not part share which is what Im doing

I've just entered a share with a contract that is based on the BHS loan agreement. It covers all the bases for peace of mind.

Just change the bits about full loan to be clear it's for three days a week/ whatever specific days etc. it'll take a bit of tweaking but worth it to have a sensible starting point.
