(Part)Loan issues

The last time I owned a horse, it was mostly straw that was used so I'm used to a fluffy bed. I find pelleted beds just look a bit yuck even though they are fine, so I have to resist the urge to take too much when skipping out my part loan horse. A simple ' please just take out the poo, leave the wet ' should suffice
 
On the Hi Viz front it would be a case of "Here is what I expect you to wear - hand over Hi Viz and if you dont the share ends now!" If you want to tell her its an insurance requirement, without it her and horse aren't covered, that would make her personally liable as she is going against your direct instruction.
