Passier Girths

Anyone have opinions on them? I have an awful stretchy girth on my Passier saddle as couldn't get a decent one in the right size at the time. As it rubs slightly I've smothered it in a huge fluffy girth sleeve which has made do for the last couple of months.

I am tempted to go for the Passier anatomical girth. I've never had a leather girth before, do they not need wearing in before they're comfortable, or is the leather quite soft initially? Do they stretch after a while or should I just order his usual size?
