Passier Reins - lovely...but

I just cannot hang onto them!

Have a fab pair of Passier 'eventa' type rubber reins, very soft and flexible but the smooth rubber just runs through my gloves (whitaker ones).

Any suggestions for a pair of everyday gloves which work with them?

Try these from Tuffa http://www.tuffaboots.com/acatalog/info_154.html they're designed for racing and are really tough and grippy.
