passport enquiry

Hello - been a LONG while since I've posted. I have managed to misplace Louis passport (and I'm hoping to put him up for sale in New Year)
How do I go about getting a duplicate? He has no breeding and the passport came with him (didnt take a note of any numbers eeeek! but it was a blue passport, think it was BHS but not 100%)
any suggestions would be appreciated!

Never been in this situation - luckily. But I would phone passport agency.

thanks for your reply - I've just phoned the BHS in the hope that it was them he was registered with and it was. They're sending a form and cost £17 for a duplicate!!

You can call up the Issuing Office explain what has happened, they will prob ask you to send in a letter with full details on i.e Colour, Sex, Height etc and your details.

There will be a fee to pay.
