I have a czech WB I contact them in regard to changing owners name on the passport. They said 'you must submit an application to the English equestrian federation, and English Equestrian Federation to write we have released the horses'

I emailed them 2 weeks ago and have had no reply

What else can I do?

I don't know whether it's the same with Czech WBs but for my pink papered Westphalian the German passport issuers said that they don't change the passport and that you should have a piece of paper showing ownership seperate to the passport. I only have the passport and the registered name is the breeder, so I am just leaving it as is now.
I was also led to believe that the WB breed societies are only interested in changing the name in the passport if you have a stallion or a mare presumably due to the possibility for breeding from them.

You could always get the passport overstamped by one of the British passport issuers then your horse would be in your name as far as the UK is concerned. It's really, really hard sorted passport problems out with foreign issuers :(

Thanks
