Passport help please..!!!

My friend has bought a beautiful Breton cob who was imported from France in 2007 and has a French passport. Does anyone have any ideas how to register in the new owners name..??

I'd get someone who has basic french to call the issuing agency,(they may well speak English) and this will be something they deal with all the time.
She'll probably just have to send the the passport, her details and a fee.

I imported my boy in 2008 and i had to send the passport to the National Haras, think I had to send £10 ish too. Hope that helps.

If she does not want to send the passport abroad the Anglo European studbook will overstamped it I think, I have done that with horses from Europe .
