passport help!!!

I am really annoyed with myself iv gone and thrown my mares p/port away by mistake i was clearing through some stuff a few weeks ago and must have thrown it.now i need it i cannot find it anywhere.The passport was issued by stagbi standard bred and trotting horse assosiation.If i rang them up and explained would they be able to issue me a new one?? or would i have to go throught the process of applying for a new one.

If you can provide the Registered name as on the PP, and preferably the UELN Number also, they should provide you with a replacement for a small fee. It will say Duplicate on it (usually)

sorry, what does the ueln number mean.im going to have another search tommorrow in the hope i havent thrown it.it cant be that far lol

The UELN is a 15 digit number the first 3 like 826 is UK the next 3 is the PIO and the last nine are the PIO number of the horse or passport. There is a website with them all on and addresses

iv found the passport thankfully.its now kept in a safe place
