hi,
just wondering if you sell a horse and fill in the form at back of passport for new ownership ect. hand passport and form to new owner. all great horse sold, but what if new owner doesnt send form away, for new ownership. if something happens the horse, e.g cause damaged, abandoned and is found. what happens if it shows up 1st owner on microchip. how do you prove you sold it on and you are not the owner.
just watching tv3 irish horses abandoned. i have sold a few horses in the past and all to good homes but what if they sold on and never changed name on book. you really dont know what happens your horse if you sell it, you hope for the best and do your best to get the right home, but what if?
just think there should be a better system to get the crimals that are hurting and abandined horses. poor horses
