passport problems *rant*

in short, it's gone missing
sent it to bsj to register him and change owner details in january and it still hasn't appeared back so i phoned up and was told they would get back to me to let me know if they still have it.

two weeks later.. i've phoned them again and they don't know if they still have it.
I really don't want to have to deal with royal mail but there's no way in hell I'm paying to have a new passport sent out if they've lost it.

argh!
rant over - so frustrating because, as you know, no passport = no shows

luckily i photocopied the ID pages
just hoping they have a tracking number so i can go to royal mail (who should pay out if they have lost it)

the United Arab Emirates branch of the FEI haven't responded to requests to unlock the horse's info on their website to update owner details

cue a huge sigh of relief
