Passport query, please help!

Hi, I’ve bought a new horse who has an Irish horse board passport. I can’t find anywhere in it where I need to send it to register as her new owner. Have tried looking online but I’m not certain and don’t want to send it to the wrong place! Thanks in advance xxx
