If you buy a horse with 2 passports which one is void, the original or the one made up? Flint came back with 2 passports, the real one and one made up. Do i need to phone anyone and hand one back?

Should be the original which is the right one, and i suppose the passports are supposed to belong to the issuing authority so send the second back with a note why.

If the second one contains false info I would report her to trading standards. After all it wouldn't be that she was exactly your best friend!

My horses have got 2, I applied to one authority who when I checked months later couldn't find any record of me or my horses, so I applied to another authority, the first authoritys passports arrived a couple of days before the second !

It's illegal to have two Passports for one horse so those of you with two had better return one. If they are from the same PIO you must keep the original one.
