Passport update

How can I get my gelding passport updated? I need to send it off to have it put into my name anyway but his parentage isnt on his passport - well i think his dam is but not the sire. Can i get these added on as I know what they are?

Also, he's registered as 16.3hh but he's 17.1hh now, can this be updated?

You'd probably need testing done to prove parentage - we do with ours.
I should imagine height etc can be updated
