Passport with no owners details?

We have finally found a nice little gelding for our daughter. Everything is perfect but the passport. All the usual bits are in there, vaccinations, ID chart with all the markings. But there are no owner details. The breeder is on the front, but none of the ponies subsequent owners are listed in the passport despite knowing we are set to be owner number 4 since the breeder.

Is this a problem?

No it's not only one of my four horses with a compete up tp date passport

None of my 4 horses have that filled in. If you buy and feel inclined then just get your details updated in the passport.
