HI, Can anyone give me a bit of advise please, i have rescued a shetland pony and have managed to get her passport from the breeder via the lady who gave us access to them, the problem is the breeder has not signed the paperwork for me to send the passport off to get changed into my name and she has now vanished. I know she had mental health problems therefore she could not look after them (6 in total) and forgot to feed them or give them water so the chances of her signing anything even if i could find her are not good. If i write to the shetland pony stud office with a letter explaining the situation do you think this would be the best thing to do?

Yes, or give them a ring? I've never had to have a passport signed on any of mine, but I guess they're just different rules for different books!
 
I have tried to ring them but normal thing.... there is no one available to take your call at the moment please leave your name and number and someone will return your call... 4 calls later i am still waiting haha. i will send it off and see what happens i think.
