as the title really... new horsey has the mankiest most disgusting cheap passport I have ever seen, is it possible to get it cancelled, and a nicer one issued (the id document is separate to the passport, and original)

second the horse has the most awful name in the creation of man kind, and it needs changing its vile, is this possible?

If its a breed passport then you can't change the name of the horse without written permission of the breeder. If its a standard run of the mill ID passport from Passport agency or somewhere like that I think you can change the name. (I only think because I sold a horse with a standard ID passport and the people said they had her name changed.)
Can't help you on getting the whole passport changed I did accidently get 2 passports issued for one horse when passports came in (I had too many to do!) and I sent one back with an apologetic letter saying could they please cancel the passport as I'd accidently applied for 2 and they never said anything so I assume they were happy.

Its not a breed passport, and the agency its with does allow a name change (thank god for that)

I would say, but dont know if previous owner posts on here. Lets just say its one of those jokey names, but it is v v v stupid

I will tell you mine if you tell yours, hate my horses name !!!! people laugh when they ask his name!!!!! hence wanting to change his passport.

He is now formally known as H cause I hate it so much

mine is just a basic passport so have been on the PIA website, and I can change the name, but I have to stick with the manky rubbish nasty cheap passport I have, not a nice smart one

I once bought a horse called Passion and my rider hated the name, her horse was called Love Me Do so you can imagine the looks she got at shows riding Passion and Love Me Do... But i've had two names much much worse that I a willing to share if you do!
