I recently brought a horse who is passported by the aformentioned society and have been unable to contact them by phone to pay for my name to be changed to her owner. I've tried on multiple occasions and the phone has rang and rang every single time. Does anyone else have a horse who is passported with them? If so, how did you get hold of them to make payment?
