Passports - WPCS

I need to send transfer of ownership on the passport for my pony to WPCS but i cant seem to find a great deal of info on the website?

Does anyone know the address i need to send to - who to make cheque payable to and whether i need some form of covering letter to send with the passport or will just the change of ownership filled in be enough?

ooooh I need to do mine as well!! I did see on HG a while back that people had been sending them to the old address and they wernt getting them back. If you fill out that contact form on their website they do get back to you pretty quick!!
