Pasture management and Horse Health

Long but scary. I dont really know my grasses but I reckon I have the clover and ryegrass variety. I need some answers about what to do now! Do you have to plough your field and start over?
 
You can get soil and pasture analysis done. Probably best approach rather than doing unnecessary work. Think the last year has been particularly problematic because of the weather and flooding. Especially where we are in the Soar valley and have no idea what the floods have deposited..
