Hi all
Ventured out yesterday to Patchetts BD for E43 my second stab at an Elem Affil test and my first away from my local venue and in a long arena
It was a qualifier class and fairly big and as I got on they closed the outdoor warm up and started to use the smaller indoor school as the tests had finished in that ring, think that helped us as that meant both warm up and test were indoors
Saf was very relaxed and calm and according to one person watching I looked very worried, why do I stress so much about dressage
So onto the test
Centre line seemed sooooooo long and a small wobble but good halt and remembered to smile or grimace

Both leg yeilds 6 not bad for our first attempt in a test
Walk work all 7's wow for Saf as usually not good
The 2 15 mtr circles 6 as poor shape, I just can't ride circles, any tips
Collectives 7 6 6 7, developing paces, something about stiff to right, can't make out writing and could stay steadier to the bridle at times.
Came away with 64.82% and 4th place and believe in two outings we have qual for the areas???
