Took Jiggy to the intro day at patchetts yesterday. We are both getting bored of doing the smaller classes so entered him in the 90cm national amateur champ 1st round and the British Novice.
First class he was very strong (I can only ride in a hackamore at the moment cos he has a sore mouth

) so 2 down in this class. Was still very pleased with him. Was the first time he had jumped a 90cm with no smaller warm up class.
Then took him in the British Novice, had a lot more control, but got my striding wrong into one fence so came away with four faults for one down.
Had a great day though and can't wait to get him out again at this height

Well done.

Was it busy? We were meant to go but had such a busy day Saturday we were too tired so just jumped them at home

Wasn't too bad, the 70cm and 80cm were very quiet - about 20 in each class. Both the 90's had about 50 in each, so not as busy as usual!
Do you go there alot?

I've not yet jumped there, keep meaning to though.

very lucky where i am i have wix, towerlands, norton heath & longwood so barely get a free weekend.
