Hiya, just been told we are going to Patchetts on Sun..just want some info on what its like etc and if anyone who knows it has any idea how big classes are etc?
Also its an Intro show so only goes up to 1m, normally i do a disco and a 1m open or a 1.05..is it a nice enough place to justify hanging around the end of the day for one class!?

Haven't been myself, but being an Intro show, does it not have a Disco and a 1m Am

If not, it has likely got a smaller Open earlier in the day as well...
 
Well if you don't mind waiting it's nice enough for that. There is a warm cosy club house, but it doesn't look on to the arena. Then the gallery alongside the arena has those heat lamps above it, so it's really quite civilised. I really do try to avoid Patchetts at weekends though, gets very busy.
 
Not sure about the classes, and haven't been for a while but as far as hanging around there you won't get bored, they have a fantastic cafe/bar and even a tack shop! As well as watching the jumping of course! Check out the BSJA website for classes!

Oh thank u..ive been checking the patchetts website and it starts at 10.30!lie in! however the first class is 70cm..good excuse for lunch and window shopping i suppose..Rambo its only got the one 1m but i suppose a kamikaze BN wont hurt :P
O to be back at royal leisure..

Sorry, I assumed that as you were jumping Disco / 1.05m Opens that you weren't eligible for BN

God no!Scoobys legs are roughly 1.10, he literally skips round these courses taking the p!ss! BNs and discos are for me height wise! I cant wait to be out of BN money-wise..however by that time the only jumps he will respect will probs be around 4ft..cantakerous animal :P
