They might like to get cracking with filling the water jumps up though!!

Will be interesting to see how the new direction works, the middle to latter parts of the course caused a fair few problems last year with quite alot of 'hilly' questions for tired horses - I guess equally this year they could catch a few of the keener horses out this year....hmm!

2* is going to require alot of accurate riding and honest horses too

I would quite like Matt Ryan to do well on Bonza Puzzle - he seems to have had such an up and down year that he really deserves a big win. And he is such a great guy!

I am surprised that Oli is running Carousel Quest in the **** - Burghley wasn't that long ago. it will be interesting to see how he goes.
 
I don't think Oli is running CQ - Neo du Breuil is down on the starting list.

Isn't Matt Ryan a GB rider now?

Imogen Campbell Gray sounds English (strongly reminiscent of a Jilly Cooper novel...) but is down in the group of French riders.

Anyone know how they decide which country you're competing for?!
 
Ah, I made the mistake of clicking the link above, which I assumed was for the 4* but clearly not. I did think it was strange that NDB was entered for the 4* because he hasn't had him long has he?
 
Sadly due to family illness, unable to go along, but will be watching Equidia live at the weekend.Best of luck to all the riders, by the way, the forecast in Pau is for a wettish weekend, we had heavy rain yesterday, the first for months.Monday promises to be fine though,,,typical!
