PAVO - Qualifying results

Not sure if the answer will be the same as to MDM's post below. If there is 24 in the class will 6 qualify?

There is only 7 in the class at the mo in my 1st PAVO!!

Ballot date is Sat! So I guess only 1st place would qualify?

They would probably let 2 qualify from that if only 7 do start. Yes, it's top 25% of dressage starters that go to the final.
