Hi, I have it but to be honest I forgot to use it (it's one of the many things I have brought whilst trying to tame my horse and myself) Whilst I have used it a few times, it was a while ago and I cannot remember the results.
I should imagine it's good, if you really do panick as it's supposed to mask the 'nerves' coming off of us and it's the type of thing, if you have it on you may well relax thinking; doesn't matter how I feel as my horse cannot pick it up and this is turn will make you relax, knowing you don't have to be super calm!!
