On P.E website it says handwash in warm water with mild soap, rinse and dry naturally. I have scrubbed the magnetic pads with a bit of household soap and nailbrush and they where fine. The outer boot, that they Velcro into, I have put in washing machine on 30 wash and they come up nice and clean.

Sorry, it actually says "cool" water on website not warm.
