Yes, my 40g turnout is massive. It's also very deep.

Yes. I go down a size for turnouts, at least I used to. I don’t buy them anymore.

I don’t know about stable rugs as my horse doesn’t use them, but most of her turnouts are PE and she is in a 6’3”. However when I bought a Rhino (rug not animal!) a few months ago I went up to a 6’6” as I know PE are on the big side, and even the 6’6” is a bit small. I think Horsewear are out in the other direction, cut too small, just as much as PE are cut too big. But I suppose a lot depends on the shape of the horse.
