We've been here in North Pembs for 6 months now. I'm very new to very rural life and we've made a few friends but struggling to find people to click with. Can anyone recommend any RC clubs or other groups that might be worth a look at joining? I ant seem to find any local book groups etc which are normally quite good for getting in the local scene. (w're based between Fishguard/Cardigan/Crymych)

Failing that, does anyone fancy coming over for a beer?

Have you joined your local FB pages. Does your village have one?

I set one up last year in lockdown and have met loads of people through it.

Local hunt will normally have socials and are a great way to meet others ?

Or there is a small but friendly side saddle community in your area - I try to come once a year for clinics ?

Sometimes your local library may hold book groups if you’re near one (Although everything is on hold because of covid)

Is there a local RDA group?

Hi welcome to Pembs. Hope you like it here. I’m situated just on the other side of the Preselis to you.
There’s Tivyside Hunt who usually put on lots of social events and fun rides etc but obviously things are a bit different at the moment due to Covid. They do have a FB page though. There are other groups but I’m not entirely sure of where you are located. Feel free to message me ?
