Don't know if this is of any help, I dont know Penny Veeman but my trainer whom is a fully qualified equine Osteopathist lives in Honiton and travels all over ( she has done a couple of Adam Kemp's horses) if you can't find Penny's number you can PM me for Kate's details if you are desperate.
