Hello,
I am shopping around in the above areas for wood shavings for my move to a new yard. I wondered if anyone buys their shavings from any supplies in these areas and if so what the cost is per bale?
I’m not fussed about brand etc but obviously would like the best price I can
Any help appreciated!
I’m due to have a ring round tomorrow as well

I go directly to the Purebed factory in Droylsden and pick up the bedding at £6 per 20kg compressed bale. Naylor's Rochdale have a selection of bedding available too, also Creature Comforts, Heywood.

I use Laysoft and buy by the pallet load from the manufacturer. I just paid £251 for 35 bales (and I live down south). I realise that some yards don’t have the space for a pallet load though.
