Can you give me an idea of livery costs in Wales, DIY part & full if you know them.

Costs for DIY are around the £20-25 per week. Full livery (excluding riding) varies, but would be around the £75-£90 mark - depending on whether feed etc was included.

Im in Cardiff Area and DIY livery here is around £15 p/w
Full livery around £60/70+
