In my humble opinion I hate people who call horses 'it'. I think it shows a total lack of respect for the horse as a 'person' (when I say person I mean personality/charachter). It is usually said by professional people who people who would like people to think they are professional. That's only my opinion and sorry if I've offended anyone x
