people who fall off a lot, how do you keep getting back on?

Hmm, good question! Until this past year, I was "the girl that doesn't fall off". Now, the Spooky Pony has had me off 9 times in the year I've had him, and although that's not so much really, it's more than I'd fallen off all other horses combined, ever. So it's been a bit of a psychological adjustment, and my confidence was rather badly dented for a while last spring. Seems silly, really!

fell off one going over a jump,i hurt my leg but was determined to do the jump successfully(and i did) it hurt like hell. Then it was farm xmas do that night so went out and danced all night but after pub shut i was in agony and couldnt walk or sleep, day after went to casualty and had an unstable fracture in my knee and was told not to ride till i got go ahead from docs but couldnt resist and went out hacking. WQhen i told physio she went mad and said one false move and would need surgury to plate it so i did as i was told

I fell off a couple of weeks ago twice, when my boy refused the same jump twice (I fell off both times!) so stupid of me!
I got back, jumped them and was fine, then waited around for my friend to jump, and was going to do it again and I freaked, so made my instructor put the jumps down!
But basically its determination that makes you get back on, and adrenaline!
you just have to forget about it I guess, and be determined its not going to happen again and if it does, get back on and make it better!
