people who make browbands

My favourite (and lucky) red white and blue browband needs new rosettes for the sides. It has ribbon roses instead of horrible diamonte and I wondered if anyone knows how to make, or get made red ribbon roses to replace the tatty ones. It's just the round bit, the flags are fine?

Any suggestions welcome. Do you think designer browbands or pretty ponies would do it for me if I asked nicely enough?
