People who retrain racehorses in Wales?

I've posted a couple of times asking about a horse called My Mate Les who im trying to trace. NEDonline says hes reported deceased but apparently some Irish horses are reportes deceased when they finish racing but aren't actually dead.

I rang the trainer who he was in training with who said the horse went to someone in wales who retrains racehorses. Just wondered if anyone could help.

Can you get a list of trainers in Wales then phone them all? Or do you mean he's gone to someone who rehabilitates racehorses into riding horses?
