I've entered my RID for hunter classes and Irish Draught classes at 2 county shows. Do I have to wear a hat? I have not got a beagler and wondered if wearing one is a requirement?

I'm a relative showing novice so am I correct in thinking brown double bridle, hacking jacket, light trousers (he's bay)?

A beagler will be perfect and will go well with the rest of your outfit. If you have no beagler then you can wear your normal strap hat. It is correct to wear a hat for in hand hunter classes.
