Hi all, looking to see if anyone can help me. I went to hoys on Thursday and bought some brogini paddock boots, got to a show yesterday with 10 horses to go to find I have been sold 2 left feet, deffo not the pair I tried on! I only have a brogini box that they came in, a bright blue bag and 2 left boots, no receipt was given, extremely unhelpful. I have emailed hoys to se if they can help before I try brogini direct. The stall was offering free boot bags with sale and also selling just togs long boots with suade inner leg. Anyone have any idea which trade stand this may have been?! X

Was this in the shopping Hall by the Caldene Arena, loads of rugs hanging on the outisde and the boot displays at the end that you had to walk through to get into the stand? Think the boots were something like GBP25?

Hey thanks for help, have looked on there Facebook and it was definitely their stall. Let's see how helpful they are about fixing it now! X
