Had a breaker in, all done, given them a photo portfolio showing what it can do (may seem an odd thing to do but I've had my fingers burnt), given them the bill, they know I need the stable but they keep putting off picking the horse up, wouldn't mind if I charged p/week but it was all inclusive, beginning to annoy me as I have another to bring in and get on with breaking....any suggestions?

Just ring them up and say can you please pick your horse up on such and such time as I have another coming in later that day. People do take the mick if they think they can... good luck

Give them a date to move it by or start charging for the stable per week.

Great idea. Except I would suggest charging per day rather than per week?

we used to give them a collection day and charge per day beyond that (and it wasnt a small charge!!) that soon got them shifted, and we always made sure it was done with a 'very sorry but we do have others needing the box' - that way there were no hard feelings

ps - pic portfolio - what a fab idea!

I'd drop them a line saying after such and such a date (a week) you will have to charge per week for the use of the stable/field etc.
I would also be getting worried vibes as they may not be able to pay their bill hence their non response...
If it's likely to go this way, you must do everything in writing and keep copies, if you end up going to court you'll need proof of what you did.
