People who work in the equine/agricultural industry?

So I'm looking at different jobs in the equine/agricultural industry ( apart from the usual working pupil, farmer etc.). If you work in either industry please could you tell me what job you do and roughly what it involves, how you got into it and any other useful info Thank you in advance!!

Work on a TB stud farm, job varies from foaling to gardening! Have a degree but got a lot of experience whilst studying including travelling to Australia to work with yearlings, rode racehorses etc. Worked my way up from basic stud hand to a position of responsibility, have a nice house with no bills on the flip side hours can be long for no overtime, frustrating and sometimes heartbreaking. I have worked in a few studs and found I just hated the impersonality of working on a big stud for the horses and staff so now back in a smaller much nicer environment!
