It does thankfully say that his behavior will be monitored and highlights the link between crimes against animals being the stepping stone to other crimes.
Thing is, if he is always remembered for being the kid that killed the Lamb, what if he just decides to hell with it and decides to live up to being a monster? There was a story on local news today about a man who tortured scores of cats at his home. They were all unwanted pets advertised in local newspapers.

Just horrific.
