Hi all,

I have been missing a while due to some personal issues. Hopefully you will remember Percy. My big dark bay mare Rosie’s foal. He’s 3 now and looking like a proper horse. He’s being backed next year but getting him used to tack etc this year.

He’s lives at Martingale Farm, which is an amazing youngstock livery, if anyone is looking

I viewed a horse at Martingale farm and was super impressed with the place, and the people. Such a lovely environment for the young lads to grow up in.

They are the absolute best. I couldn’t have asked for a better start for him and he’s so chilled out because of it.

Also, I don’t know if you’ll all remember but he was born windswept with him walking on the edge of his left hoof. He is stood a bit weird behind in the photos but his leg is not turning in at all now. Some excellent farriery fixed it

I think you've made a mistake, he's still a little foal, not a big, strapping, very handsome three year old! Where has the time gone? Even though he's a totally different colour, you can still recognise his little face.

I know. Even in the last few months he’s gone from looking like a baby still into a proper horse!
