Can anyone recommend good value personal injury cover? I have lessons about twice a week, mostly flatwork but am just starting to pop a jump again, so don't need anything super-comprehensive. I'd just like to be covered in case anything were to happen.

I just wondered if you knowledgable peeps knew of anything good.

Cheers x

If you have lessons are you not covered by the riding school insurance? I'm not sure how it works in that circumstance. I've just got BHS gold membership which includes personal cover riding any horse with the owners permission. I went with the BHS as I spoke to one of their reps at a show and it suits me as I ride different horses belonging to different people some which may not be insured and I do things like hunting occasionally so I needed something fairly comprehensive. I looked at PetPlan and NFU as well and they all seem very similar and similar prices (one off payment of about £55-60), I just liked the idea of being a member of the BHS with access to their advice lines etc. as well.
