So I have decided I would like a nice personalised Saddlecloths for Java for when we go out competing

I have a old John Whitaker one from when I had my JC pony and I can't think where I got it from!!

I currently have two John Whitaker Velvet Saddlecloths - one navy with gold Binding and the other burgundy with gold binding.

Im a little stuck with what colour to go for so I need you experts to help be decide !!

So Java is Bright Bay and he suits his navy and burgundy one but...

His show name is Java Green (yes I know it's awful haha) so I thought about the John Whitaker Green Velvet with gold binding and the lettering in gold thread??

Would this suit a bright bay or look to dark, although the green isn't that dark!

And is there anywhere that I can buy one embroidered from the Internet as with my last John Whitaker my local embroidery shop had awful problems as the velvet was quite thick!

Thanks in advance! :D

Look on ebay, i just got one of there and they were fab. Really good servie and only around 20 pound. Think they were called tally-sew

Our saddle cloth which we designed ourselves has mine and J horsey's name on it and it was all under £35 :) so seriously worth a look

:p he will also be getting a nice Pink Equine browband to match

so there's no hope for my savings account??

guess i'll be doing lots of O/T next month :p

Pink equines browbands are nice - just watch that the stitching doesn't come undone, because mine did after a few months.

lol the only downside to the saddle cloth is that they're quite thin but a half pad on top helps

Thanks i'll keep an eye on the stitching:)
