Pet Greyhound Food

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone with greyhound has tried the new D&H Pet Greyhound food? Just curious as le pooch is currently on Skinners Duck & Rice and thats fine, but just wondered if this was any better or worse? Initial look makes me think the ingredients aren't so good, but I'm no expert so not sure!

Hi

I have a 4 and a half year old greyhound x whippet girlie who is an absolutey sweetie. She has been on various foods throughout the last couple of years as I have tried to feed the right food. I have tried her on specific greyhound food including a rather expensive 10kg bag of Pets at Home Greyhound mix and she refused to even eat the first bowl! We now have her and our little terrier on skinners maintenance and they both look fab. She looks fit and well and cleans her bowl. If it works stick with it and I like that I can understand the ingredients list.

stick with skinners it is a good food and it sounds like your dog is doing well on it

Another vote for Skinners.

Lots of my customers use Burgess Greyhound food, cheaper than Skinners but in my opinion not as good.

He didn't do so well on the Burgess, many poos and not as shiny a coat - shall stick to what we know for now! If anything he does too well on it and I have to make sure he isn't fed too much as he puts on weight v easily, thanks!
