Pet hair dryers

Didn’t even know these were a thing but does anyone use them on horse manes or tails or even a horse. OH saw someone drying their bike with one and now sees lots of uses for one. If so any recommendations? Gather it is really for drying a dog.

You are probably thinking of a blaster. Unlike a hair dryer which uses heat a blaster basically uses air to blast the water away they don’t get hot. There are a huge variety available in various prices too. Maybe worth looking on auction sites for second hand

Blasters are loud though, I’m not sure many horses would tolerate it.

I used to use one on the traditional’s feathers but only cos I had one from doing the dogs, and only if I was showing

Will find out more from OH if it was a blaster but sounded like a dog grooming one the guy had for his dogs but also uses on the bike! I do have a spare hairdryer I keep at work......
