Pet jet pro shower for horses

Hi
Does anyone happen to know anything about the Pet Jet Pro hot water horse shower?
I’ve lost my manual to put it together the company do not answer e mails and I can’t seem to make it heat the water whatever I try to do😬 any advice or if you can have a copy of the manual even better! I spent a lot of money and can’t get it to work.

I had feared as much! I was trying to get hold of them and checked the trust pilot review it looked awful! Do I try to recover my money from PayPal I wonder? I bought it in November, I just need to know how to proceed it’s so much money to me now I feel helpless! I just wonder what sort of treatment others have had. I did check the company accounts it’s not an active working company one guy has 33 closed businesses and is obviously busy ripping people off! 🥲
 
I would claim back through PayPal they are a truly terrible company and rip people off. Read so many bad reviews about them and so many awful stories of how they treat people.
 
Thank you for your reply I think the problem is i didn’t put it together until a few weeks ago and it’s outside the 3 month period! I looked on companies house it’s run by one guy not a family run business from Cheshire and he’s had 33 companies he runs money making scams!

It's not only people he rips off - he copies the product from another company, uses their photos, and photoshops his logo on instead.

Yeah. She has worked SO hard on her products - her whole family have - and he has just copied the branding, but made a cheap physical product that's not fit for purpose. What's even worse is that people don't realise they are different companies (because you know... they look exactly alike...) so SHE gets his unhappy customers complaining at HER because of his shoddy goods and shoddy customer service.
 
Go check him out on companies house technically it doesn’t exist as a company he’s a financial guy I think it’s come from India that’s twice they have messed me about! I wish I had bought hippo!
 
Yes they e mail me every day trying to sell me something else!!! But won’t respond to the fact my shower won’t work even though I’ve sent repeated e mails chasing them! I’m one of the lucky ones at least I got goods the fact they don’t work seems to be irrelevant! I fell for the emails from Toby too about a small family run business!!
