I tried both yesterday and today. Put in all the required details and a message came up saying they had sent an e-mail to which I needed to reply. No e-mail arrived.

Tried again today: no e-mail arrived.
Anyone else with same problem?

Yes it does seem a bit strange that the poor animals should have to be either shot or risk being pecked apart by a bird of prey.

That's a real downer, what can I say? There's a suggestions address, I'd try emailing that.

I'm sure the problems are technical and they will sort them out.
