Signed. I've been on a Police driver training course where the trainee drove between horses and oncoming traffic rather than waiting for the oncoming vehicles to pass. Sitting in the back of the car I was a couple of feet from the 3 single-file horses. Nothing was said by the Police instructor at the time... until I piped up!

I'm not sure we stand a chance really.... I was following a leaner driver down the rural road where my yard is which is also the road we hack down and I was driving at the 30mph limit.

She sped off in front off me at at least 40 if not 50 (it wasn't a driving school just an L plate).

I couldn't believe that the person with her was teaching her it was OK to speed and also that it was ok on roads with horse rider warning signs
